• Plans. What is your future plan?
• Progress. What have you achieved?
• Problems. What problems must be address to achieve your plan?

Plans, Progress, Problems have been used successfully in companies as their internal reporting process. Companies also use PPP in collaboration with with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.
